Our mission is to provide each and every student regardless of race religion or background with a safe welcoming community where they can flourish to their full potential The Wellness Center Director is responsible for the overall health of the students in conjunction with the nursing staff school counselors faculty and staff.
The Wellness Center Director and staff are responsible to assess document and treat student illness and injury providing hour oncall emergency care and to communicate with parents regarding their students health care.
Additionally the Wellness Center staff provide CPR training for all faculty and staff.
General Duties Responsibilities Support Wasatch Academys mission values institutional goals and educational philosophy.
Assess document and treat students regarding illnesses and injuries.
Communicate with parents regarding their students health wellbeing medical care insurance claims and bills.
Coordinate student appointments including paperwork transportation follow up care medications and parental communication.
Document inventory fill and administer all prescription medications overthecounter medications vitamins and supplements.
Supervise schedule and instruct wellness center staff regarding wellness center responsibilities.
Stock medical supplies and mediation including first aid kits for vans andclassrooms and medications for dorms and bookstore.
Provide CPR training for all faculty and staff.
Document administer coordinate and report student immunizations as required by the State of Utah.
Assist in collecting and coordinating required enrollment documents including medical releases immunizations insurance information physical exams health histories and parental consents.
Provide hour oncall emergency care.
Communicate with dorm parents advisors and administrative personnel regarding student concerns illnesses injuries parental requests and appointments.
Supervise drug testing as ordered by the Dean of Students.
Prepare and coordinate student medications for off campus trips.
Instruct faculty on medication administration.
Provide and collect incident reports on injuries accidents medication errors or other health related incidents.
Communicate with school counselors independent counselors education consultants physicians and other medical personnel regarding student issues and needs.
Provide instruction to students regarding medication nutrition hygiene STIs birth control and life skills in conjunction with school counselors faculty and res life staff members.
Registered Nurse Ability to quickly establish relationships and effectively collaborate with school community.
Proficiency in various computer software programming and data entry.
Extremely well organized.
Always maintain a professional appearance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
